I requested $ 200.00 from the atm at Madisons eatery at 15:50 hours..The atm did what it does before dispencing cash requested ... I waited for about 5 min's as the machine did nothing..no cash 'no receipt...then the atm spit out a printed receipt said that the machine did pay out $50. and my account was billed $52.99...I spoke with the manager and she called your office ..At which time I exited and went to the bank in person , to see what was actually taken from my checking account and it was $52.99 by your atm. Please return my money to me asap..I still owe a bill at Madisons for this date.
I made a request amount of $200.00 dollars and it dispensed amount of $100.00 dollars and the ATM gave me $80.00 dollars and charged my card $103.25 ..
The ATM machine still owes me $20.00
I tried to pull out $40 at the atm and it flashed on the screen saying we are sorry and said it withdrawal 20 dollars but it never gave me any money at all
